He has attracted some of the industry’s best creative talent, and together they have managed to produce award winning work on iconic global brands such as Perrier, Louis Vuitton, Mattel, Ford, Europcar, Dove, to name a few.

Under his leadership, Ogilvy Paris has managed to win Agency of the Year twice at Eurobest, and win many international awards at the Cannes Advertising Festival, London International, DandAD, The Andy Awards, The Clios, The New York Festival and the One Show, helping transform Ogilvy Paris into France’s top ranking creative agency.

Before joining Ogilvy, Chris worked at creatively driven agencies such as TBWA Hunt Lascaris, and TBWA Paris. He has always been at the centre of famous work on famous brands. Chris has won loads of prizes for his creative leadership, but more importantly, he has managed to grow client’s business with the work he has produced, always believing that creativity and effectiveness work together in a powerful alchemy.

Chris is obsessed with the future of advertising, and is constantly inventing new ways to inspire people to engage with the brands he works on. Adrian studied Architecture & Design in Bucharest in the early 90’s, trying to find a job that is artistic but also has rational side to it. Later, he found out advertising offers the perfect match and something more: lots of fun. Thus he started his professional career in 1995 as a designer in a Romanian creative shop. In 1997 was working for DMB&B (later to become D’Arcy) where he was half of the team that won the first ever-international award for Romania.

 In 1998, Adrian joined McCann Erickson, and never left. In the eleven years as a creative director, his team won over 150 awards for creativity and effectiveness in competitions spanning from New York Festivals to Cannes and Epica or Eurobest, while McCann Romania was six times the Agency of the Year in three national and regional competitions. In 2007 McCann Romania entered the Gunn Report’s Top 50 creative agencies in the world.

In 2011 it became the first ever agency in Central and Eastern Europe to take home not one but two Grand Prix and Titanium in Cannes Lions Festival for the campaign “American Takeover” for ROM Chocolate.

Adrian's experience spans from FMCG to retail and telecom working on local and international brands like Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Vodafone. Currently he is coordinating the Coca-Cola brands for 23 countries in Central and South Europe.

Adrian is VP Creative Excellence for McCann Erickson in Central and Eastern Europe, Creative Partner of Bucharest office, founder member and President of Romanian Art Directors Club. In 2010 Adrian completed an MBA degree at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.

Alexander Matt is currently a Global Brand Marketing Director at Adidas. He is responsible for the marketing and communication of the two main sub brands in Adidas´ Style Division - Originals and NEO. Based in Germany, the role encompasses all of Alexander´s past experiences in the industry.

Alexander started his career in the internet boom. At skim.com, an innovative online fashion and design venture based in Zurich,  where he was surrounded by the fast moving world of start-ups. He moved to Munich in 2001, where he joined the snowboard media house, Powderhausen. Here he set up and was in charge of their marketing department. Next stop for him was running the communication agency Bellaire, and consulting for brands like Red Bull, Smirnoff Ice and Nike.

In 2005 Alexander joined Levi’s where he was initially responsible for the Consumer Marketing in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2010, he was appointed as Commercial  Director EMEA, where he built the Levi's Streetwear business unit, overseeing product, marketing and sales.

Frank Houben’s career at KLM started in 1998.  From chairing various management positions at the company, he moved into global branding field in 2009. Frank is a pioneer in his field with a clear vision leading towards success.  Throughout the years he redefined KLM’s brand strategy and values and introduced a new corporate identity. Thanks to innovative marketing and branding campaigns under his lead, KLM achieved a prominent position as a social brand.  Frank is responsible for the internationally awarded “Tile & Inspire” campaign (Delft Blue aircraft) and other creative brand campaigns such as “Be My Guest” (meet & seat) and “Miffy in China”.

Jacco is the President of Tribal DDB Europe and Managing Partner of Tribal DDB Amsterdam - a strategic hub creating innovative marketing and communication campaigns for clients such as Philips, P&G, VW and KLM.

He has always been recognised as an extraordinary leader. Under Jacco’s management Tribal DDB Amsterdam became one of the most awarded European digital agencies and the first digital agency to win in a Grand Prix in Cannes in the Film category.  He has reorganized and developed teams of talented, creative and demanding people.

Before joining Tribal DDB, Jacco led the Amsterdam office of the SATAMA group - an award winning design and communication services agency working with brands such as KPN, Audi, ABN AMRO, ING and Vodafone.

Throughout his career Jacco has been leading organizations that combine communication, design and technology, to create innovative products, services and category-defining campaigns.

KATE EMANUEL

Kate has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, with deep experience in strategic planning, legislative and policy analysis, and communications.

As Senior Vice President of Nonprofit and Government Relations for the Ad Council, Kate oversees strategic partnerships with the nonprofit and foundation communities, Congress, Federal Government and the White House.   She also vets all public service advertising campaigns for the Ad Council and manages the Advisory Committee on Public Issues, an esteemed group of the nation’s top thought-leaders from the foundation, academic, nonprofit and corporate philanthropy communities.

Before her 9-year stint at the Ad Council, Kate was Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-CA) where she created and coordinated all aspects of the Congressmember’s legislative, policy and constituent outreach agenda.  During her 6-year tenure on the Hill, she also worked extensively with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the California Democratic Congressional Caucus.

Kate also served as a Vice President at a public interest PR firm, Spitfire Strategies, as well as the Housing Service Coordinator at a non-profit affordable housing developer in California, and a researcher with an environmental non-profit in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Kate serves on the Board of Martha’s Table, a homeless and education provider for at-risk families in Washington, DC.  She’s also a Member of the Selection Committee for the Washington Post’s Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management.

She earned a joint Masters degree in Public Health and Urban Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.  Kate and her husband Ken, a photojournalist, live in Washington, DC with their rescue dog, Toby.

At 2006 he started at Serviceplan Hamburg  as a founding member.

As Executive Creative Director he is in response for clients such as BMW, OSRAM, UNICEF and many more

Then in Leo Burnett Italy, in won his first Cannes Lion in 2000  with Poste Italiane. In charge of clients like Ariston and Montblanc he collected several awards both in tv (Aqualtis) and interactive (The Beauty of a Second). Among the others: 9 Cannes Lions, 3 gold One Show, 3 Clios,  Grand Clio for TV, 1 Yellow Pencil D&AD.

Sebastian started his career in marketing & communications by launching his own ad agency after University in 1993. A couple of years later his agency was bought by Arbmans, one of Sweden’s’ largest agencies at the time. In 1998 he then moved to London to join Bartle Bogle Hegarty as an Account Director but soon went back to Sweden to join Speed Ventures, a Venture Capital firm that invested in dotcom & telecom start-ups.

Some 35 start-ups later Sebastian joined V&S Group in 2004 as a Global Brand Planner consultant for ABSOLUT VODKA, Cruzan Rum and Level Vodka. In 2007 he moved to Brussels as Marketing Director EMEA for the denim brand Levi’s.

In 2010 he returned to the drinks industry as Global Communications Director Malibu & Kahlúa for Pernod Ricard. He now heads up global communications for ABSOLUT VODKA.

During his career he have worked with numerous global creative agencies, such as BBH, TBWA Chiat Day, Publicis, Ogilvy, Sid Lee and Razorfish and won several advertising and interactive awards.

He lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with wife and son and spends most of his leisure time skiing or watching Real Madrid games

In 1984, after having worked for 10 years at TBWA, Francois Chilot founded LES PRODUCERS. By adopting this name, the company was underlining its multicultural identity. In 2000, LES PRODUCERS entered the list of the 10 best production companies in the world at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

For the past 15 years, Francois Chilot has been President of CFP-E (Commercial Film Producers of Europe), which brings together the associations of advertising film producers from 17 European countries. CFP-E gathers 600 production companies throughout Western Europe.

CFP-E is the instigator of Young Director Award. YDA is the not-to-miss off event of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. YDA is the award, which is only aimed at promoting young talents.

CFP-E together with APA (UK) and AICP (USA) is also the instigator of the World Producers Summit (WPS), which gathers 100 producers from all parts of the world in Cannes.

In 2005, she joined the AACC (Association des Agences-Conseils en communication), the French trade association of communications agencies, as Director, and has been Vice-President of the association since 2007.

She is administrator and member of the executive committee of the ARPP (the French self-regulation organization) and represents the communications agencies on the CPP (joint advertising council), is vice president of the CESP (the French organization  of media studies), and also President of Effie in France.

He also set up the Recommended Agency Register, an organisation that invites brands to rate their marketing service providers, to build a resource for those looking for agencies. Another business related to The Drum is the Marketing Industry Network, an organisation that helps independently owned agencies become more successful by linking them into the pool of knowledge that makes up The Drum's database.
 
On a lighter note he has launched a series of award schemes including www.thechipshopawards.com an event that celebrates the work normally banned from other schemes. Categories include Best Use of Bad Taste, and Best Work for a Client You Want But Haven't a Hope in Hell of Winning.

  Marek graduated from FAMU production.  He co-authored many short and long films and is a producer of several short films and documentary films.  As of 1997, he is co-owner of an events production agency called MVP agency, s.r.o. aimed at development and production of public and private events.  Marek still acts at MVP as the business manager.  He is the co-founder and chairman of the administrative board of "Opona ops." which held celebrations connected with the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Iron Curtain.   "Opona ops." also produces projects dealing with democracy in the Czech Republic and abroad (for example the annual "Freedom Week".

  Ryan is a design shape-shifter and renaissance wearer-of-hats who believes in the irrefutable supremacy of good storytellin'.

As the creative director for marketing at Rolling Stone, Ryan generated multimedia branding strategies for the iconic American magazine and it's clients. In his 8 plus years at parent company, Wenner Media, Ryan helped to build an award-winning, internal advertising team that delivered custom campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.

In 2012, Ryan set out on his own to found Saw Forge Creative, a full-service design studio in Brooklyn, New York that specializes in generating video, audio and motion content for its clients.

Marek Mráz graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social Science. Afterwards he co-founded the destination and development agency of the National Park Bohemian Switzerland (České Švýcarsko) which he managed between 2001 and 2010.  As CEO he focused on destination marketing, fundraising and strategic management.  With his team he has won several prizes (The Most Beautiful Book of the Year, The Best Web Presentation, The Best Tourist Product, European Destination of Excellence etc.). Closely cooperating with crossborder German destination management, he participated in brandbuilding of Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland.

Since 2011 he has worked as strategy and marketing communications director of Czech Tourism Board. He has been involved in projects dealing with marketing strategy, rebranding, integrated marketing campaigns and other incoming and inbound marketing projects.

Micky has a passion for international culture and business and a vocational interest in education. Throughout his career he has helped run training programmes for agency employees across Europe and has consistently received outstanding feedback for his courses. Micky is the founding principal of the EACA International School and is committed to helping raise the professional standards of the communications industry across the region.
 
When he is not working Micky can be found still playing competitive hockey and also training the ‘next generation’ of youngsters at Reading Hockey Club.

Spent many years trying to promote Social Media as a marketing and brand communication vehicle, organizing international Social Marketers Summit conference, festival of viral spots Viral Fest, and lecturing at Charles University in Prague.

Matt joined VCCP in 2010, during which time he has overseen the development of the highly successful Hiscox campaign.  In 2012 he was promoted to Head of Planning.
In his previous role at MCBD he led strategy on the Waitrose account, helping develop and launch the highly successful ‘essential Waitrose’ range, for which he won both IPA Effectiveness Gold and the Marketing Society Grand Prix.
Prior to MCBD, Matt worked at Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather, the agency he started at as a Graduate Trainee.
Along the way, Matt has gained experience across a diverse range of market sectors, one of which has been government campaigns - working with numerous UK government departments including Transport, Health, Work and Pensions, and Communities and Local Government.  Within these various roles he has done his best to stop people doing many of the things they enjoy, and get them started on many of the things they’d rather put off.
Matt is married to another agency planner (different agency!), and lives in Greenwich with his wife and daughter.

  Will Rust got into advertising through necessity after being fired by McDonalds in 1992.

Starting out as a typographer at EuroRSCG he quickly moved through the ranks of design & art direction at several agencies including Lintas, DMB&B and Leo Burnett, gaining his first Creative Director position at Ogilvy & Mather Prague.

 A leap of faith in 2008 took him to Ukraine & Hungary. Within four years as Ogilvy’s ECD he brought both agencies to the top of their national rankings, winning almost 300 international and European awards for every advertising and design discipline around. During his reign, Ogilvy Kiev became not only the most effective agency in the country but also the most effective agency in Europe (according to the 2012 Effie index).

In late 2011, Will was ranked at #15 in the world's largest Creative Director ranking (the "PIAFYS") behind David Droga — but above Dan Wieden. He has scored points in all the major global award shows except D&AD, which he hates (and loves) for the same reason.

Will now works for Ogilvy Czech Republic, one of the largest communications groups in Central & Eastern Europe.

He loves his cat, kids, music and wife. Not necessarily in that order.

Dan started his career in 1997 at Young and Rubicam where he assisted in bringing alive the cultic Oskar campaign before he found a challenge at the newly founded Kaspen.  He celebrated one win after anothe with Kaspen as the strategic planner and account director responsible for the Budweiser Budvar and Kofola brands communication strategy. 
 
At the beginning of 2007 he co-founded Outbreak, the first word-of-mouth marketing company in the Czech Republic.  Outbreak created successful wom campaigns for brands such as Jagermeister, Seznam and Ostravar, with which Outbreak celebrated international success in competitions on most creative and most effective campaigns.

  Petr is a Laughologist and Chief Laughter Officer at Smíchologie (eng. Laughology).  Petr is the first Laughter Yoga Teacher and Founder of first Laughter Club in Czech Republic.

Petr has co-facilitated the first Czech and european laughter competition - Ultimate Laughter Championship in Olomouc in addition to founding and organizing the Nudná konference (eng. Boring Conference) in Czech Republic.  In addition to being a consultant, lecturer, facilitator, and speaker, Petr's main focus is on personal, group and organizational development projects based on positive psychology, laughter, joy, playfulness, nonsense, humor, happiness.

  Martin is the Co-founder of the Czech improvisation league and for several years has been its president.  Martin is also the Founder of Impro Institut – school of improvisation and has also led professional improvisation workshops in Germany, France and Great Britain.  Martin devoted himself to improvisation theatre for over 15 years and has a Doctorate in psychology of communication, creativity and improvisation.

Martin is also a Stand-up comedian (Na stojáka), a TV producer participating on production of music programmes and various TV series, a lecturer and consultant for many companies mostly in the areas of communication.

When there is a free second, Martin also enjoys event moderation and public speaking.

  Formerly a correspondent with global news organisations, including Dow Jones Newswires and Reuters, Marek is now Director of Communications at the Czech National Bank since 2009, serving also as senior communications advisor to the Bank's governor and members of its policy-making Board.

Marek Initiated a series of changes to the Bank's communications policy, refining its monetary policy communications rules and bringing them into line with global best practices, enhancing the Bank's online presence and leading a turnaround from traditional print media to electronic publishing, online and social media.  Most recently he has focused his attention on promoting financial literacy and boosting awareness of the Bank and its role in the economy among young generation. 
 
Marek Spearheaded a year-long campaign "20 let chráníme českou korunu" ("We have been the guardians of the Czech crown for 20 years"-http://www.chranimekorunu.cz) targeted primarily at school children to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Czech crown and the establishment of the independent Czech central bank in 2013.

  Jan graduated from the Charles University Law School.  In addition to the Ministry of Regional Development (Ministry), he also worked at the Investment and Business Development Agency as the head of the legislative and entrepreneurial department.  He came to the Ministry as a lawyer in 2003 and thereafter became the head of the legislative department and in 2011 the deputy minister for public investment and legislation.  Jan was involved in the inception of the law on Public Tenders already in 2006 and was the head coordinator of the current amendment to this law.  Jan Sixta has been working in the field of public tenders for his entire working career.

 PhDr. Denisa Kasl Kollmannová, PhD., is the Head of the first department at the Charles University in Prague, specializing on Marketing Communication and PR within the Czech Republic.  She focuses on political and strategic communication and reputation management.  Together with her colleague Anna Matušková, she started the first comprehensive research on Government Communication, inspired by her practice as PR manager at the Czech Ministry.  Previously she worked as a freelance journalist and consultant.  Today she is devoted to the development of Marcomm and PR within academia.  She iniciated and co-founded the independent server Markething.cz, the fastest growing and most-liked server on Marcomm and PR in Czech Republic.  Denisa loves Japan and used to live there.

 Radka Hrstkova has vast experience with communications in the public sector.  Her experiences were gained while she worked at the Press Office at the City of Liberec or as a press speaker for the Central Government Office.  As a graduate of politics she was also exposed to the commercial climate within the framework of her consulting company focused on political marketing.  As of November she is the head of communications for the City of Prague.

Ing. Jan Binar studied at the University of economics Prague and has worked at McCann Prague since 1995 in different positions, both local and international.  Jan has  been the CEO for the last 8 years. 
No other agency in Czech Republic has been recognize for effectiveness of its activities by more local and international Effie awards during the past ten years than McCann.  It has also been recognized as the fastest growing agency and the most effective agency in the annual agency of the year competitions.  It is always among the top 5 agencies in the country in terms of size and has won more than 150 local and international awards in creativity competitions.
In his free time, Jan is a member of the Presidium of Czech Association of Communication agencies (since 2005), President of the association since 2012 and a lecturer on Commercial Communication at the University of Economics since 2000.  Jan is a founding member and supervisory board member of Czech Innovation of the year.
