Nick has spent over ten years creating effective strategies for some of the world’s leading brands, working with global clients including Heineken, Unilever and Samsung. He joined Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam in 2011 following spells with Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, and now leads the planning on Heineken globally. Always interested in the link between creativity and results he won an IPA Effectiveness Award for the UK government’s THINK! road safety campaign and authored last year’s Cannes Effectiveness Grand Prix-winning paper for Heineken. When he’s not enjoying Canals, Beer and Biterballen he can often be found running extremely long distances – for fun.

Tim worked for over a decade in Film and Television production before moving into online and more specifically, social media in 2010.

Joining Sony in 2011 as a freelance social media strategy and content consultant. He quickly moved into becoming European Social Media manager for the brand, leading on planning and execution of social campaigns.  In this role Tim was also a key contributor to the development of a new social strategy for Sony as well as unification of Sony’s European Social Presences.

Now in the role of European Head of Social Media at Sony, Tim is focussed on driving Sony into the next phase of social maturity and exploring the possibilities of social media’s contribution to the business.


Creative Manager

Myles is a Managing Creative Director at Heimat Berlin and is most recognized for leading internationally awarded projects like the CNN ECOSPHERE and Swisscom’s "All eyes on S4”.

Myles approach to advertising is to try to avoid it at all costs.To rather create stuff that people can be passionate about. He loves digital and loves how it can play with the analogue world.

Myles was born in Cape Town and has worked at agencies like Y&R, Lowe and Springer & Jacoby. He is a member of ADC and Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts.


Creative Strategist

Ryszard has been working as Creative Director for DDB Warsaw, Change Integrated and Y&R Poland, before joining Facebook’s Creative Shop. He has won numerous awards among which 4 Cannes Lions, 3 Golden Drum Grand Prix and more than 70 other awards, including Clio, Effie and Eurobest.


Head of the ZOO - Google Creative & Creative Technology Team / SEEMEA

Mailine Swildens is part of a global ZOO team that operates across the world for Google/YouTube. She brings over two decades of hybrid experience in brand building and marketing to the table.

Mailine started as strategic planner at McCann New York on Coca-Cola and UPS worldwide. She subsequently, after an MBA at INSEAD, joined Publicis worldwide as Director of International Development in Paris, leading multi-million dollar pitches across the European region. She then became part of the start-up team of FullSIX. FullSIX became the independent digital marketing leader in Europe, with over 100m euros in turnover and more than 800 employees. Mailine’s client portfolio included Coca-Cola across Europe, L’Oréal, Masterfoods and many others.

Mailine is passionate about the way technology and creativity can be combined to create ideas that provide unique, useful and empowering consumer experiences in surprising ways. With the ZOO, a creative team composed of award-winning creatives, technology experts, brand strategists and product and production experts, she works day by day to bring these ideas to life with Google’s top clients, such as HERMES, Coca Cola, Nestlé, P&G, Chanel, PUIG, Fendi, Danone, McDonalds, Emirates, Etihad,... and agencies.
